Ltd is an organisation dedicated to advancing the health and well-being services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  Founded with the goal of addressing the health disparities faced by Aboriginal Australians, Goolburri focuses on providing culturally appropriate healthcare services, advocacy, and community development programs.

Role Overview: Seeking a skilled Family and Child Wellbeing Program Manager to lead our program initiatives. Responsible for program strategy, implementation, and evaluation to enhance community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop culturally sensitive Family and Child Wellbeing programs, addressing community needs.
  • Manage program implementation, ensuring effectiveness and compliance.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to support program objectives.
  • Monitor program impact through data analysis and community feedback.
  • Oversee program budgeting and financial accountability.
  • Advocate for family supports, health and access to services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  • Experience managing health or social services programs, with a focus on Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of Indigenous cultural protocols and community dynamics.
  • Proficiency in program evaluation and reporting.
