2019 Conference delegates told us
It was great to see what other programs are doing as well as helping to validate some of the work that we are currently doing as well.
The presentations truly opened my eyes to what is possible when the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community gets a real share in decision making about child protection with government agencies.
Networking and insight in to how and where people are working – loved every aspect
The content was just what I needed.
I learnt so much important information that I can take back and put into practice when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and children
Set time aside to think about your practice, connect, share and learn from each other. And importantly, renew our collective commitment to address the disproportionate representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander kids and young people in the out of home care system in Queensland.
