Team QATSICPP is proud to announce the Nominees in the 2020 Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Child Protection Awards.
2020 has been a challenging year for children, young people, families, and communities, and it is a testament to the strength and resilience of our Sector that our Member Services across the state remained steadfast in their delivery of services.
The Cultural Leadership Award recognises an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled child protection worker who has demonstrated outstanding cultural leadership and mentoring within the workplace and/or community.
The Nominees for the 2020 Cultural Leadership Award are:
The Practice Excellence Award recognises an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled child protection worker who has demonstrated best practice in their direct service delivery to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and/or families.
