Justice Reinvestment is an approach aimed at reducing crime and improving public safety by shifting resources away from prisons and towards community-based programs. It’s about recognising that incarceration is often not the most effective or cost-efficient way to address crime and that investing in prevention and rehabilitation can get better results.
