On the 6&7th of March 2024 Member Organisations were bought together by the QATSICPP Delegated Authority Team to learn, listen, and further explore the reclamation of self-determination in the form of Delegated Authority (DA).
The 2 days consisted of QATSICPP DA Manager, Tamara Creamer, and Team, workshopping live system-build of the process and practice components of DA, in-depth question time and learnings from early-adopter sites REFOCUS and CQID and the all-important, networking. The time spent together was invaluable to each organisation as they begin the journey of DA in their own Communities.
The excitement of what DA can mean for Families, Communities and Organisations was felt throughout the 2 days and we anticipate some real change for Mob. Thank you for participating and contributing to this ever-evolving work, it was a pleasure to host you all.
