Our Staff
The most important resource at QATSICPP is its human resources.
We have 11 full-time employees and 3 permanent part-time employees. Our staff, and members, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in working within a Child Protection Framework.
Our staff and members specialise in child protection, family support, foster and kinship and residential care services to support Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families. When compared with other providers in child protection, our staff and members are distinct by their inherent knowledge and capability to understand Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander values, families and kinship relationships. Our shared understanding, experiences and principles of working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities gives us a solid framework to assist in the design and implementation of culturally sensitive services for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families and in the communities in which they serve.
