Welcome to the Child Protection Peak (CPP)

CPP is a non-Government Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peak body representing and working together with its members and partners, to improve the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and their families.

Funded by the Department of Communities (Child Safety) and made up of 21 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled member organisations, we strive to present and advocate local and state-wide issues across Queensland. Supporting communities where possible to deliver vital services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, their families and communities.
